To nurture a vibrant and inclusive hockey community in Lautoka that empowers people of all ages to develop their skills, passion, and discipline to represent their clubs, districts, and the national team as players, coaches, administrators and supporters.  

We aim to inspire participation across all ages, encouraging former players and senior members to return as mentors and role models for the next generation.

Lautoka Hockey is committed to supporting the Fiji Hockey Federation by strengthening local development pathways, building capacity through training and coaching, and promoting teamwork, respect, and excellence both on and off the field.

Our vision is to grow the sport of hockey in Lautoka into a sustainable, community-driven program that produces skilled players, dedicated mentors, and proud ambassadors of the game for Fiji.
