Our mission is to promote the growth and development of field hockey in Lautoka through capacity building, inclusive participation, and strong community engagement. We aim to:

• Develop youth talent by providing regular coaching, competitions, and opportunities to represent clubs, districts, and the national team.

• Encourage lifelong participation by welcoming former players, parents, and supporters to contribute as mentors, coaches, administrators and volunteers.

• Build capacity through education, coaching programs, and partnerships that strengthen the technical and organizational standards of the sport.

• Support the Fiji Hockey Federation by aligning local initiatives with national goals and contributing to the advancement of hockey across Fiji.

• Foster values of teamwork, discipline, respect, and sportsmanship to shape responsible athletes and community leaders.
