Agreement to the Rules

• Who can join: Membership is open to all who meet the district’s eligibility criteria (e.g. age requirements) and pay the necessary fees.
• Accuracy of Information: When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself.
• Privacy: We will protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. 

• • Respectful Behavior: We expect all players, coaches, officials, and fans to treat each other with respect, both on and off the field. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

• Sportsmanship: Good sportsmanship is a top priority. We expect everyone to be gracious in victory and respectful in defeat. 

• Your Use: You are granted a limited right to access and use our website for district-related purposes, like checking schedules or team information.
• Copyright: The content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is our property. You cannot copy or use it without permission.
• Reference: If we do not own the rights to the photo, audio, text or video which is used on the website, we will reference the owner and where applicable we will seek approval. 
• Your Posts: You are responsible for any content you post on our site. You agree not to post anything inappropriate, offensive, or illegal. 

• Assumption of Risk: Field hockey is a sport with inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including the possibility of injury.
• Waiver: We are not responsible for any injuries, theft, or other accidents that may happen while you are using our facilities or participating in our events. 
• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you are fit and properly equipped to play. It is recommended to wear protective equipment, such as shin guards and mouthguards as you are responsible for your own safety and protection.
